Career In Progress is a Career Management & Recruiting Company that offers boutique services for businesses across Greece.

On behalf of our Partner, Organa Metrisis Triantafyllou (www.organametrisis.gr), a specialized import company with over 30 years of experience in the field of precision measuring instruments and metal processing machinery equipment (lathe, milling machine, CNC, etc.), we are looking for a Sales Engineer.
The main responsibilities of this role will be to:


    Interact with potential and current clients to grasp their requests and goals.

    Tailored solutions to meet the customers’ needs and requirements.

    Show a solid technical comprehension of the firm’s solutions and how they can meet the needs or demands of their target audience.

    Develop customized proposals and solutions, showcasing the value of the company’s products and services.

    Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards in measuring instruments, ensuring that solutions remain in compliance.

    Conduct in-depth market research for product development.

    Fostering client relationships, providing ongoing support, and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, offer continuous support, and promptly address any inquiries or concerns.

    Accountable for organizing product listings on the website.

    Coordinate and arrange client meetings and solution presentations to ensure a streamlined and efficient sales process. (optional)

 

Requirements:


    2+ years sales engineering experience or experience in technical sales role

    Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering or any other related technical field.

    Exceptional oral and written English proficiency.

    Profound technical expertise in measuring instrument solutions.

    Demonstrated capacity to comprehend and meet client requirements.

    Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills.

    Self-Motivated and Passionate about resolving problems and overcoming challenges.

    Positive energy and can-do/will-do mentality.

    Willingness to learn and grow.

    Ability to travel within Greece and abroad.
