Right now, we are seeking a Junior IT support member to join our dynamic team and support our company efforts.
Responsibilities:
First level local or remote support
Experience in LAN/WAN networks
Management prioritization and resolution of technical problems.
Hardware / software / peripheral, installation, and configuration.
Manage security and software options on computers and networks to maintain privacy and protect against attacks
User support and training on companys software applications
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Communication skills, teamwork, & organizational behavior.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar position of at least 2 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
ERP knowledge (Soft1)
iOS and Android basic knowledge
