Job description

PPC, in the context of one of our research projects, is developing an open-source charging station management. We are seeking a web developer to implement the front-end platform which supports the administration of a network of EV chargers.
The main task of this role is the implementation of the platform, by offering functionalities such as support for OCPP versions, real-time visualization of currently active charging sessions, charging station diagnostics, energy consumption data, dashboard functionality, etc.
This is a full-time position that should be completed within 4 months, with the possibility of extension.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Strong experience in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks
Experience in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
Familiarity with REST APIs
Experience with JavaScript visualization frameworks (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, etc.)

Good to have:
Experience with message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka) and WebSocket
Experience in Python and Django
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and APIs for interactive maps (e.g., OSRM API, Leaflet, etc.)
