Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support and service for our products (Marine Systems)
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs.
Collaborate with customers to understand and address their technical concerns.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions.
Perform commissioning and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, issues addressed, and solutions provided.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in :
-
Mechanical engineering
Electrical engineering
Automation engineering
(Applications from senior students will be considered, provided they possess additional strengths.)
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel abroad to customer sites as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of BWTS, Scrubber, TLGS.
Experience participating in a commissioning team.
Experience with Siemens PLC
Good understanding of Electric Drawings and Wiring.
Ability to draft comprehensive reports.
