Job Description:
As an Architect Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Main Responsibilities:
Planning: Participates in the development of the Projects Planning. He/she also provides all relevant technical information, including drawings, calculations, submissions, and other technical documents.
Design Management & Coordination: Offers advice and recommendations on design approvals, reviews design submittals and participates. He/She also coordinates with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Reporting: He/She ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date, ensure all work adheres to the company’s quality standards and will be responsible for preparation of reporting for projects.
Qualifications:
· Architecture Engineering Diploma.
· 5 years of experience in PM Office
· knowledge of architectural design and planning principles.
· Experience in writing and monitoring time scheduling.
· Excellent knowledge of English.
· knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Projects/Primavera.
· Excellent communication skills, teamwork, organizational skills, initiative-taking ability, time management, multitasking, flexibility, efficiency, and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have but not Necessary):
· Certification or masters degree in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
· Familiarity with BIM programs (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
· Knowledge of the legislative framework for design and permitting (ΝΟΚ, Κτιριοδομικός, 4495/17, etc.).
