About the Job:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented ERP Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:


    Provide support for the company’s Benefit ERP system including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues in co-operation with the Software Vendor.

    Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and provide assistance in using the ERP system effectively.

    Analyze and adapt business needs and processes into existing or new ERP functionality and work-flows.

    Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of the ERP system.

    Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches as required.

    Upgrade and maintain the ERP database and provide training to end-users.

Requirements:


    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, technical background will be considered as an asset.

    Three to five years experience with ERP Systems.

    Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Fluency in English.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Location:

IMS S.A.’s offices are currently located in Piraeus, Greece, however it is due to move offices to the northern suburbs within the middle of 2025.

About the Job:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Technical Coordinator for our Technical department.

You’ll be responsible to coordinate technical operations for our fleet, monitor daily technical and class matters, manage repair and maintenance projects and ensure timely and accurate reporting of technical matters.

Requirements:


    Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering, naval architecture or related field;

    2 years of relevant experience;

    Computer literacy, familiar with Benefit ERP;

    Fluent in English language (Verbal and written).

Responsibilities:


    Record keeping and maintaining database files.

    Collecting of data and information and creating reports.

    File vessel’s certificates in compliance with class, statutory, survey, flag requirements.

    Follow up and support Superintendents with Flag Administrative for Authorizations, Exemptions and other pertaining matters.

    Vessel’s Class Status Follow-Up.

    Issue and update KPI records.

    Liaison with service technicians attending vessels.

    Filling and updating Fleet Monthly ReportsRecords.

    Certificates and studies dispatching to the Vessels.

    Involve in other related tasks as required for support the assigned technical teams.

    Assists in the planning of shipyard repairs and the monitoring of significant ships and equipment repairs.

    Prepares statistics and trend analysis within his areas of responsibility.

    Assists in monitoring internal and external ships inspection and audits reports.

    Update e-library and ship’s records.

    Participates in the ERT.

    Participates in the MRC.
